your order
We will confirm all of the vehicle details
and quote parameters with you carefully
and then ask you to sign your authorisation.
Upon receipt of this we will place the
order for your vehicle with a dealer from
our approved national network and post
you the contractual agreement. |

Order progression
Once your
order has been placed we will provide you
with regular updates about your vehicle
whilst it is being prepared for delivery
and call you so that we may arrange a convenient
date, time and location where delivery
can be made. |

Delivery of your vehicle
Our dealership
network will deliver your vehicle anywhere
in the UK mainland and there will be a
professional handover to enable you to
familiarise yourself with your new vehicle. |

Customer Care throughout your agreement
Our dedicated
customer care team are always on hand to
give you advice on
anything relating to your vehicle(s) or
the finance agreement(s). They will periodically
check that you and your agreement are still
